One of our favourite new home designs to date, with construction scheduled shortly, this subtle and understated elegant project was inspired by clean lines, soft, considered elements.
The gable roof shape serves as a memory of the previous red brick, gable fronted single storey home.
Front zones of the home are proposed as utility such as garage, office, stairs; closely followed by the bathroom, walk-in pantry and laundry areas, allowing a clean and very open kitchen/dining/living space uninterrupted and occupying a footprint of 12 x 5 metres.
Large expanses of glazing have been strategically located on the rear wall to enjoy views of the modern alfresco and pool areas, with a child friendly grass yard.
