Nestled in Sylvania, this distinct residence is a project close to our hearts and showcases a masterful blend of modern design and natural elements.
The pair are twins, but not identical, with skillion roof forms falling toward the same direction. Our intention was to create a unique facade that had not been explored before in a duplex design. One other subtle feature was the a-symmetry of the feature column.
The dual occupancy home features a striking facade with sleek dark cladding juxtaposed against warm, light wood panels, creating a visually engaging contrast. A central stone feature wall adds a rustic touch, serving as a captivating focal point that enhances the overall aesthetic.
Expansive glass doors and windows invite abundant natural light into the interiors, fostering a bright and welcoming ambiance. Upper-level balconies provide private outdoor retreats for relaxation, while the meticulously landscaped front yard adds a touch of greenery and charm. This design seamlessly combines contemporary style with functional living spaces, catering to the needs of modern families while maintaining an elegant and cohesive look.
