Built in Sydney’s most ethnically diverse and colourful area, we had the exceptionally exciting opportunity to prepare an extension and first floor addition within the Enmore-Newtown Conservation Area (C12).
After long battles with Council, we were thrilled to have this beautiful home showcased in the BDAA Chapter Design Awards 2019.
Careful restoration of the existing facade juxtaposed by a dark and modern ‘box’ clipped on to the rear, we managed to achieve 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with large living and office areas for our builder/developer client.
